In his 1990 Study “Effects of Human Growth Hormone in men over 60 Years Old (New England Journal of Medicine, 1990;323:1), Dr. Rudman showed that 6 months of human growth hormone (hgh) injections reversed aging by 10-20 years in his subjects.
